I agree to comply with the terms & conditions of sale contained in the sales flyer provided at mattjonesauctions.com. I certify that I am not: (1) under 18 years of age; (2) A contractor, subcontractor or vendor, who has access to information concerning the property to be sold that is not generally available to the public; (3) the party, or agent of the party(s), from whom the property was seized (If applicable). Buyer understands a 10% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be due the day of the auction. Funds can be tendered in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or personal check. Check will be deposited immediately following the auction, placed in the brokers trust fund.

Buyer also understands there is a buyers premium (see terms & conditions for an amount on the specific auction you are registering for). Example: 10% buyers premium – Sale Price is $100,000.00 – Contract price will be $110,000.00. 8% buyers premium – Sale Price is $100,000.00 – Contract price will be $108,000.00. Etc.
